Internal Report Automation

Production Consolidation Report. Select the status and filtering the completed account only. Select the std-comments and filtering Rebill and issued new amended bill. Select the Elapsed time and filtering Largest to smallest. Select the agent name and filtering one by one name. Select agent name 1st next select elapsed time more than 20 minutes and lesser than 5 minutes account. Open new excel sheet and paste the details. Note: each agent pick 2 sample cases randomly. If the Elapsed Time is not met the mentioned criteria for any agent , tool will Pick the One Highest record and One lowest record from the report.

Correspondence Tool

User copies data from web app. Provide input in excel fields and select the template. Need to check the format of the input fields. If incorrect input founds populate the incorrect information. Open the selected template and update the fields. Save the word document as given format.
